  “Customer service is horrendous. Everytime you call there, you get someone different and you get a different price quote. I got a call back an hour before my event by the owner- who SCREAMED at me-to tell me that i was being given a cash price and they weren't taking my deposit from my credit card, I needed to pay all in cash. Unfortunatly, this was AN HOUR before my event and I had told everyone a certain amount. I never was spoken to about paying them all in cash and none of my friends had the extra money. Also, they say they hook you up with a bar and champagne- nothing. I was lucky we even got ice.
